I’ve been revisiting my digital camera, a Canon PowerShot S3 IS that I just did a firmware add-on to. The CHDK firmware add-on allows me to shoot in RAW format and a friend of mine who is a professional photographer has kind of inspired me to attempt to learn some more and utilize this medium. So I’ve been taking some macro photos around my studio and got some decent results. These include pics of the instructions I get for drawing the Patent Beast comic strip as well as one of the new characters I mentioned previously. Most are of objects I use daily here at the studio. Just got the new AC unit put in the little studio office… [note the little AC unit over my printer] We had an AC unit in the back of the house, and it would cool even in to my studio, but it would have to cool the whole rest of the house before it got back to me. So we just had an AC unit put in the Studio room.
