Forgot to mention it because I was swamped, but I also managed to fit a small LeapFrog project in last week. Just a couple of quick sketches and BW inks.

Also picked up a second Ni Hao book… this time from Random House. This will be a 16 page full color paper doll book with stickers.

Be working on this over the summer.

Finished up a major push for Patent Beast comics today. They’ve been picked up by two different places so there are two separate versions running right now. All told I’ve done nearly 60 in the last month or so.

ok, this has nothing to do with art whatsoever except for maybe the cool picture, but i made some new york style black and white cookies yesterday and had a couple of friends from Brooklyn over to sample. i took a few pics of them because they came out looking pretty good.

Just got contacted by Simon and Schuster about a new Ni Hao, Kai-lan book. That starts soon and goes through september.

I’ve recently started on a new series of comic strips along side the regular patent beast series featuring a fictional patent law firm BOMB- Berry, Older, Marvel and Bean, with all new characters. here are the sketches i did for the characters… and yeah, bean is a…. bean. He sits on a plate at the conference table with the others….
