So, years ago I did a series of painterly style, single-panel comics based on some patent issues arising from a well-known (at least in IP circles) court decision called Alice.
These were collectively called the Museum of Patent Art- MoPA.

I have posted 3 unused sketches here on my site, as well as this finished version. My boss preferred another version of this comic, but I really liked this one so I’ve kept it around as a portfolio piece.
