Portofolio: Pencils
This portfolio page is a sample of sketches done over the years. These are all various work projects… I will include some personal projects on a separate Artwork page. Details of the pages are below the thumbs.
First sketch is a kid test page of a license called KungFu Panda. It was done for LeapFrog.
The second is a reference sketch for a 75′x 18′ mural on the wall of a local business: the House of Bounce.
First sketch was for a LeapFrog book called Rainy Day Play.
Second is a caricature done for Robert Fish, a patent lawyer for whom I drew the patent beast comic strip.
Third is a page from a LeapFrog kid test on a new set of characters. Ozzie Otter. The later versions morphed considerably.
First spread is from a Learning Horizons project using LeapFrog characters.
Second is another spread from the Ozzie Otter book.
Third is a PowerPuff Girls sample. I did about 20 PPG titles for Little Golden Books overall back in the early part of this decade.
First spread is a rough layout for a new set of characters called the AlgoRythmics. This is for an educational workbook done for LeapFrog.
Second was another test spread for a new character set: The Bug Wranglers.
