The Patent Beast comic strip series was compiled into a little book.

Just finished penciling some more comics in a series for the Patent Beast, as well as some presentation and book graphics.  Here is a partial comic strip from the recent series…

I’ve been working only on the KC book project for the last few months, and since that’s a work in progress, I’m not updating much to show new work. I have thrown a few older pieces up on the facebook page, but can’t show much just yet.

I did take a small 10 day break to go to Brazil as well… ; )

I’ll hope to get some new things up soon.

OK, I’ve been working on a project.. well a lot of little sub projects within the larger license that I couldn’t show anything of… because I hadn’t gotten the OK to show them. But that hurdle just cleared so I’m going to post some updates of things I’ve been working on for the past months…This first is a group shot of some of the characters I have been doing for a license called KC and the Keep Well Kids Club.

Ok, today I finished up the majority of the 5 books I had to do for Leap. 121 pages that needed to be colored. There are still a few assorted pages to be done here and there but the majority are finally done. At least for this round.

Tomorrow I am on KC’s book. I have about 10 weeks to get some 15-20 color pics done.

After having looked at the new logo for a few days, I decided i wanted to do something a little better. More true to the original idea, which was a paint drop behind the initials. The original idea has been embellished through the years but I still felt like I could do better than what I did for the 2011 logo. So here is the revised 2011 logo.

i got to it a few days late, but as has been the custom for some years now, i reworked the logo and header for the new year. enjoy.
